You do not replace windows and doors every three years. Before we have anything made, we go through which system is justified in your case and what you gain by it.
A tape measure is no guarantee that you will choose the right window or door. The size is only one variable: the system, the glazing, the opening type and the installation position together decide whether you will be satisfied years later.
You tell us what you use the room for, how noisy the street is and which way it faces. That leaves two or three realistic systems, not ten.
Where the installation is not typical (shutter box, wide reveal, add-on structure), we make a drawing rather than settling it in words.
For double and triple glazing, and for several profile systems, so that you see the difference in forints and decide for yourself.
The units are made for your opening, so there is no need to break into the wall or make good the difference with a trim strip.
If you are building, planning pays off the earlier the less final the masonry still is. At that point we can fit the opening size to the structure, not the other way round.
