It is mounted in front of the window, on the outer frame. A spring mechanism in the box moves it and a braking system controls the upward travel. It can be hidden away in its box in one movement, so you do not have to look through it in winter.
The simplest and the cheapest. There are several frame profiles by size, and the fixing differs by profile, but all of them can be put up and taken down quickly.
In front of the door, with special hinges. Suitable for an average-sized hinged door where the leaf can move freely.
It folds up concertina-style, sliding horizontally. It suits a small door and a large lift-and-slide door alike, and it runs quietly and smoothly.
Every one of them is made to measure. It can also be ordered built into a roller shutter or an external venetian blind, in which case one structure does two jobs.
We do not publish a price list, because we manufacture to measure and a price written for a standard size would be misleading anyway. What we will tell you is what moves it.
We manufacture to measure, so the size of the opening and the quantity are the first factors. With several items the unit price is usually more favourable.
There is a real difference between manual and motorised operation, and the choice of material matters too. We can write out both in the quote so that you see it in forints.
Fitting it later means a separate call-out and separate making good. On a high-mounted structure scaffolding is occasionally needed too, but that only comes up a few times a year. If it is done in the same visit as the window replacement, most of this falls away.
